Join us for our Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training led by Break Free Movement owner, Monica. Training will take place at Break Free Movement studio on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday on the weekends of October 3-5 and 10-12.
Training times: FRI 3:00-10:00pm | SAT & SUN 1:45-8:45pm
